Very professional and efficient setting up of the Arlo Pro 4 system by Mr Alvin De Silva. He was very professional, courteous and helpful. Very patient also to show me how to use the Arlo phone app etc and the different functions etc.
Easy to install, use and view on my phone. Super clear HD quality even in the dark. Excellent value for money.
Great system, easy to set up and the picture quality is the best I’ve seen. I use a secondary product for inside the house (while travelling) but they will be replaced shortly with Arlo, with its ability to set activity zone monitoring and alerts. With such good kit I highly recommend if you are using this outside then invest in the anti-theft mounts. Gives you added peace of mind.

Had initial trouble setting up the camera system but their sales/technical team (Randy & Jason) assisted me and ensuring with WA messages that problems are solved.
I haven’t tried the product yet, but Randy from Kaira provided excellent service from the moment of query to demonstrating the product to us.
Excellent device. It would be better if it also 1) supports viewing SD Card instead of having to remove it to view at PC.
2) supports viewing SD Card via WiFi when there is no SIM Card service provider is down.
The camera are all in good working condition.
Chime works as advertised. Sync easily to the Basestation and Doorbell. It would be even better if it can sync direct to the Doorbell.
Wired up and linked to base station and paired with chime. Working nicely. Configurations could be better and more flexible. Of course also needs ease. The other is the subscription services, don’t seems to be very clear as features are tied to the services. If we don’t required remote since base Station has the capability for local recording, why can’t some of the features that are unique to the subscription be re-cauterized for those that don’t required remote.
